All desktop narrative assessments, strategic filters, and value chain reviews delivered by BluMelt Limited (including the Narrative Value Scan™ and Narrative Value Chain Assessment™) are conducted based strictly on core disclosure assets, corporate data rooms, and documentation supplied directly by the client or sourced from open-source repositories.
BluMelt Limited does not perform independent physical field audits, raw borehole assay verification, or forensic fraud investigations during productized desktop tiers. BluMelt Limited accepts zero liability for transaction failures, capital losses, metallurgical recovery drops, or operational shortfalls resulting from structural inaccuracies, material omissions, geological modeling errors, or fraudulent misrepresentations present within client-supplied data ecosystems, third-party engineering audits, or virtual data rooms (VDRs).
In accordance with our operational protocols, physical asset deployments and on-the-ground cross-examinations are strictly excluded from Level 1 and Level 2 desktop tiers. All field days for Level 3 deployments are billed at a fixed premium rate per day (inclusive of travel days). In such cases, the client must fully clear and advance all necessary transport costs, security details, and lodging logistics prior to firm mobilization
3. Absolute Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of BluMelt Limited, its subsidiaries, and its Director for any claims, losses, damages, or professional liabilities arising out of the use of this website, or through formal client engagements—whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or professional negligence—shall be strictly capped at a maximum financial ceiling equal to the total financial fee paid by the client for that specific, individual mandate.
In no event shall BluMelt Limited or its Director be liable to any party for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost corporate profits, missed deal margins, fund devaluation, exploration losses, project delays, or capital allocation losses, even if explicitly advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. Jurisdictional Governance & Corporate Structure
BluMelt Limited is a private limited company incorporated and operating under the corporate laws of Ireland. By accessing this website, reading our publications, or commissioning our productized service architecture, you explicitly agree that these operational terms, constraints, and liability boundaries are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this platform or our advisory services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
